When our frequency is low, our perception is dulled – we view things through a foggy lens. Yet, when we are higher in frequency, our perception is heightened and we’ll see things more clearly the higher we go. People must thus empower themselves and increase their frequency in order to function properly – move out of struggle, turmoil & pain. Higher vibrational frequency not only makes us wiser & more powerful, it also puts us in a state of ease, peace and harmony. The key to reclaiming   our wisdom, creativity and empowerment is thus, to allow more Love to flow.
Anything that taps into our hearts, will raise our vibration and by applying some of these principles, we will create a greater life force flow within our home environment. Just intend to raise your vibration and simply set the intention to become happier, more free and more in alignment. Your intention is one of the most powerful tools you have. When you acknowledge your intention to shift back into alignment as soon as you recognize that you are misaligned, and express your intent to surrender to your God-Realized Self: the aspect of you that is perpetually in alignment with Source and thus is totally loving, all wise, all powerful, and consistently blissful. Being aligned with this unlimited Self and rising in frequency is the solution to all problems.

Along these lines, certain energy enhancers” should be added to living areas. These can include for example candles, crystals, water features, colours, sounds, music, plants, flowers, inscence, literature, people, or   free-flowing, colourful, art. Always choose to have images in your house that you feel will be helpful in boosting you upward.

Art & creative expression is one of the best frequency-raising activities. Moving Life Force freely through you without the ego choking off it’s flow, is the key to rising in frequency and art  is one of the most powerful realignment tools there is, as it easily bypasses ego resistance. You need to express your sad or angry emotions in writing, poetry, paint, drama or dance etc. …but once your ego has expressed your emotions and you are feeling more peaceful –  allow yourself to move toward joy.

Step 1: Be & radiate Love – consciously and unconditionally radiate Love to all Creation. This is your primary job as a human being, and you are hard-wired to do it, so no instruction should be necessary, but here’s a hint: it will be easier to do if you center yourself in your heart and do a breathing exercise first! Love is the  most frequency-raising of all activities because in order to do it, you have to be in alignment! It is what you were designed for, and the ability to do this is “hard-wired” into you. Place your hands on your heart and really love yourself. Hug yourself and say “I love you” to YOU on behalf of your Spirit! Name 10 things you love about yourself. Tell your friends and family you love them, both through your words and your actions.  When you radiate Love impersonally, just the way Source does, without concern for who is receiving or appreciating it, you are automatically in perfect alignment.

Step 2:  Accept yourself & situations

Say YES to what is – Look around and allow everything to be just as it is. Look at your life and, just for now, allow things to be the way they are.  Say “YES” to yourself while you observe various aspects of your life.  Offer no resistance to anything in life. Choose to heal yourself and others.

Step 3: Spend time in nature take a walk through the forest, or anywhere away from the city noise. Communicate with nature and allowing it to trigger your Love response to it. Bring many plants & flowers into your house! Hug trees!Go for a walk in the fields, or walk  barefoot on grass. Gaze at a flower. Instead of expecting nature to rejuvenate and nurture you, consciously transmit your love and appreciation to nature!  Step outside, take in some fresh air, and let the sun kiss your face. even on a cloudy day, the sun is still there, though invisible to our eyes. This one is so simple, but how often have we forgotten to do it?!

Step 4: Exercise, including stretching, yoga, Bodywork, massage, are really great ways to get the Life Force flowing freely through your body again. Physical movement not only causes energy to move through and oxygenate your brain, it stimulates the release of endorphins, which are frequency-elevating, as witnessed by the way they move you into joy. Do your favorite workout, dance, play a game that requires movement, or simply take a walk. The key is to move. Give your body a proper work-out. Run, lift weights, bike, swim, play sports, or do whichever activities you prefer.  Get the blood flowing through the body. Feel the energy pulsating within the body.

Step 5: Conscious dynamic breathing realigns you with the rhythm of the Divine.  Breathe deeply & slowly, fully into your belly.  Notice the breath going in and out of your body. Breathing deeply will make it literally impossible to be anxious.Imagine you are breathing in Light and breathing out whatever is not in alignment and blocking the flow of Life Force through you. Using circular breathing techniques (rebirthing therapy) can rapidly move energy blockages through and out and free your energy to flow, but simply sitting and focusing on your breath is also a powerful way to get centered, oxygenated, and enlivened.

Step 6: Center yourself – Feel present in this moment,  Feel the inside of your body. Meditation and deep breathing are also forms of centering yourself. Focus yourself into the Now without resisting the mind in any way. Notice what’s being registered by all 5 senses

Step 7: Spend some time in Silence & Meditation – this will definitely raise your vibration. When you are quiet, your mind it gives Source an opportunity to reach you.  All you have to do is listen.  You don’t have to chant and sit in a funny position that will cause your feet to fall asleep.  Just sit in a chair or lie in your bed, take some deep breaths, do a visual meditation or just quiet your mind.  Start asking questions and see if you hear any answers. Spend time meditating in silence. Find the peaceful stillness within.  Allow the world to be as it is while you dedicate this moment to meditation. Feel the inner peace that is always present at your core. Spend some quality time with yourself, just yourself. Pay attention to the silence from which all sound arises and falls back into. Go to a place in the country if you can and take a long walk, concentrating on your surroundings, keeping your mind off your usual thoughts. This is a great way to clear your head and also help raise your vibration. If you can’t get away, try listening to some soothing music and avoid thinking by concentrating on the sounds.

Step 8: Music is one of the easiest, most effective passive tools for frequency-raising as it is generally something that bypasses ego-resistance and increases your energy without effort. Listen to good, upbeat energetic, or classical music – Avoid depressing, angry, or violent one. You can use music to assist in moving out emotional “stuff” when you’re providing ego the chance to be heard so it can drop its resistance. Music composed as an act of healing is especially potent for this. Upbeat, rhythmic music will lift you up higher when you are ready to move to the joy space.

Step 9: Sing Put on your favorite song and sing along.  If necessary, close the door and some headphones, but sing!  Singing in the car is a perfect place to sing. Who cares if you look like a nut?

Step 10: Dance & Let your hair down! Have fun with friends and loved ones as often as you can, or even by yourself if no one else is around. Be silly and have fun, whether you’re engaging in creative activities or simply hanging around and relaxing. Go out to a dance club and have a great time, without worrying what other people think. Grab a partner and dance freely with him or her. Put on some music and dance wildly in private, with nobody watching.  Be completely and totally liberated with your dancing.

Step 11: Get inspired! Lifting your spirits to a place of inspiration and awe is another great way to raise your frequency, and it’s pretty easy to do no matter where you are. Keep inspiring books and movies on hand, and seek out positive people as often as you can. If you have nothing available to help and you need to get into an inspired state, think about something inspiring from your past, or make something up in your mind! It doesn’t matter if it’s “real” or not, as long as it gets you feeling uplifted and happy.

Step 12: Do only what you enjoy – Now in 2010/11 it is really possible to life live from the heart and create entirely from the heart. So find something you really enjoy doing and do it, even if it’s something small. Treat yourself to something special.  Do something you’ve always wanted to do and find an activity that feels very ‘you’ and do it. Perform a random act of kindness to a complete stranger.  If you enjoy creating, enter a state of flow and allow creation to flow through you.

Step 13: Laugh! Look at yourself in the mirror and smile! Laughter is one of the most powerful tools in your arsenal against negativity, because it’s impossible to emit a low-frequency when you’re feeling so happy. Invest in some materials that you can turn to and inspire laughter whenever you feel the need. Watch something funny. Put on funny comedies make sure  you have a good laugh at least once a day. Watch some funny videos online.  Share jokes with your friends. Laugh! Smile radiantly, genuinely, joyfully. Feel the laughter overflowing and flooding your whole body. Feel all the cells in your body smiling. Put a smile inside your heart. your whole body. Feel all the cells in your body smiling. Put a smile inside your heart.

Step 14:. Avoid the television, radio and media by all means. This reality is designed to bring you down, and it will do so, if you let it. It is therefore especially important to avoid all news programs as they do much more harm to your vibration level than they do good. By watching TV you end up taking in so much negative energy it becomes  confusing to your subconscious mind and some of that negative imagery and energy gets absorbed by your subconscious and elevates a feeling of fear from within. Most of the media works by fear mongering, they want to shock you into a state of fear so you keep on watching and the more you watch the more addicted you become. This has a disastrous impact on your vibration level.

Step 15: Take responsibility – refuse to go into fear, victimhood, or blame when you view or experience world events. Treat ALL others as you want to be treated – give gifts, offer support, say “PEACE” or “LOVE” silently to everyone you meet. Heal your own wounds from the past so there is one more whole person walking on the planet.

Step 16:Develop your Spirituality. Read quality books, websites, view videos & lectures!  Immerse yourself in high consciousness writings. Fill your mind with thoughts and ideas that resonate with your soul.  Learn new skills.

Step 17: Water – always stay super-well hydrated. Water is a magical, electromagnetic substance, to soak in, shower in, swim in, gaze at, and drink (being well-hydrated is essential for operating at higher frequency)  You are an electromagnetic entity and being hydrated is necessary for attainment of higher frequency and the health, joy, and fulfillment it offers.

Step 18: Dietpurify your body – eat predominantly organic, fresh produce and avoid especially red meat, alcohol and wheat & corn products, as these tend to  lower your energy.  Toxins lower your energy and your vibration, so if you can, remove cigarettes, alcohol, animal products, refined foods, pesticides, and smog/pollution from your life.  Instead, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and try to buy organic wherever possible.  Live where the air is fresh and people aren’t blowing smoke at you.

Step 19: Stay in touch with your feelings. This is the most important factor in keeping your vibration level high. Your feelings are the cosmic glue in regards to your entire life. When you are feeling good about yourself only other things residing on the same good frequency will be attracted into your life. Your level of vibration runs parallel with your feelings, meaning you are in control of your life and the events that come into your life at any given moment. If there was one most important point in relation to raising your vibration it would be to stay on top of your feelings and don’t allow yourself to feel negative or pessimistic. The better you feel about yourself and your life the higher you will raise your vibration.

Step 20: Integrity. Watch your thoughts! Personal integrity includes how you act when no one is looking . Positive thinking, positive words. Stay optimistic at all times. This can be difficult to do especially when you are in a crisis but when you are in a crisis  situation, this is when it’s most important to stay positive. By remaining positive you keep your vibration high and when you are vibrating at a higher rate your problems will dissipate so much quicker or you may find it was not really a problem at all. Step 21: Only talk about what you want, not what you don’t want. If you are looking for a new relationship, don’t say things like “I can never find the right person for me”. If you talk like this, this is exactly what you will get. You get what you say and think. Even if you haven’t been too successful in finding the right person previously, it doesn’t matter. Change your words and you will change your life and what you get in your life. Instead say something like “I intend to find the perfect person for me”. Have a confident expectancy that at any time you could meet this person and you will exponentially increase your chances of finding them. The same thing goes for money, don’t talk about not having enough money, either don’t talk about it at all or only talk positively about having money and as what you want comes to you, this helps raise your vibration as you feel better about yourself.

Step 22: Doing something for someone, be generous and compassionate with absolutely no expectation of anything in return.   Allow your body’s natural intelligence to work its magic.  Encourage the desired healing to take place.  Help another on the road to recovery.  Support the feelings of wellness and well-being. When you genuinely and compassionately help others you automatically raise your vibration.   when there are bad news, or you are upset, your energy is temporarily lowered, but when you are down, the best way to break out of the negative is to remember how blessed you are and help someone less fortunate than yourself. Volunteering your time will work too.

Step 23: Be a conduit for divine blessings – Give away something you can afford each week and do something meaningful for a total stranger without putting judgments on whether or not they deserve it, and of course, without expectation of reward. And do it anonymously! You will be amazed at how great this feels. (Pay someone’s restaurant tab, take someone’s newspaper up to their porch, put some money in an envelope and put it on someone’s windshield with a note “You are loved,” pick some flowers from your garden and take them to a nursing home to be given to someone of the administration’s choosing)

Step 24: Be generous! – Give away your time, some money to a charity you believe in or give away something you don’t use anymore but may be useful to someone else. What you give is what you get in life, so by giving you will receive in one way or another. Help others and you will be helped. You have a profound effect on raising your vibration when you help others as it makes you feel good from the inside.

Step 25: Gratitude! – Give in to the upward movement of your energy and enhance it by breathing into it and celebrating it! Stay focused on the wonderful feeling of Life Force flowing through you, and feel it elevating you closer and closer to the “joy space.” Repeating the words “Thank you. thank you. thank you. thank you, thank you” over and over again to your God-Realized Self is like fanning a spark to turn it into a flame. Feel the magnetic energy of the joy space calling you upward and revel in the feeling of being there-it’s your true Home! By saying a heartfelt “thank you” to your Spirit for anything that occurs in your life, even–no, especially–that which you aren’t too thrilled about! You know that when something inharmonious occurs, it’s a signpost that alerts you that you have wandered off course so that you can navigate yourself back to alignment! Gratitude puts you back in alignment and raises your frequency. When you visit, call, or write to someone to thank them for a kindness, they’ll be thrilled to hear it and you’ll feel wonderful.

Step 26: Appreciation. Thank yourself for being exactly who you are. Write out a page-long list of things you’re grateful for. Feel appreciation for life exactly as it is now.  Thank the Universe for supporting you in all that you do.  Feel grateful for having the opportunity to create what you want.  Feel appreciation towards everything you desire.

Step 27: Forgiveness. Anger, guilt and grief lowers our vibration. Seek the help needed to move through these heavy emotions, and remove the past = cut the cords that can bind us.

Step 28: Be mindful of your thoughts. It is imperative to keep a close eye on the habitual thoughts that enter your head. It can be difficult at first to be aware of the many thoughts that constantly bombard your mind all day long but by beginning to notice  unwelcome or negative thoughts you can start to replace them with a positive thought you already have preprogrammed in your mind. When I say preprogrammed I mean you have a positive thought in your mind, a thought that you know makes you happy, that you substitute in place of any negative thought that comes into your mind. The key to this thought substitution is to spend as much time thinking positive thoughts and less time thinking negative thoughts.

Step 29: Be aware of your actions. Everything you do comes back to you in some way so always be wary of how you treat others and how you act in all situations. How you treat others is how you will be treated, by doing the right thing by everyone you come  into contact with will help to raise your vibration as others continue to do the right thing by you. Treating everyone well will attract positive people and opportunities into your life.

Step 30: Surround yourself with positive people is a great way to remain in a positive state of mind. Being in the presence of higher vibrating people makes you feel good!  Join groups of like-minded people. Spend time with people interested in the same things you like and learn at the same time. Spend time with other people who share a similar interest with you and you will always walk away feeling positive about being what you are and this has a positive effect on your vibration as it makes you feel good about yourself.

Step 31: Stay away from negative or pessimistic people. These types of people are running a very low vibration and their low vibration can have a negative impact on your vibration level. Instead of raising your vibration you will lower it and this will bring about more events residing on a low vibration, like problems, stress and worry.

Step 32: Observe your feelings and listen to the conversation in your head without judging what you observe. If you feel angry, resentful, hurt, sad, fearful, or anything other than joyful, or if what you’re hearing in your head is other than loving, your ego has taken the wheel and is blocking your perfect alignment with your God-Realized Self, and holding you out of the flow of Love from Source, thus lowering your frequency and keeping you in the “misery matrix.”

Step 33: Allow your ego to express whatever it needs to-whether it’s rage, grief, or self-righteousness. Just let it come out. If writing out your feelings (for your eyes only) would be helpful, do that. Cry, yell, punch a pillow-do whatever you need to do to discharge the energy. Do not resist anything that comes up on the basis of it not being “nice.” (These exercises are for you and no one else-ideally, you will do them in private.) Observe without resistance while this is going on, and know that these feelings are not a part of you, but simply “stuff” that needs to be discharged to make way for Love to flow. Devote as much purposeful time to this as needed.

Step 34: Set Goals Think about something that gets you excited and enthusiastic. Bring to mind how you’ll feel when you achieve an important goal, or imagine that you’re competing in a contest and you’re going to win a lot of money or great prizes. The specifics don’t really matter, just think of something that makes you feel fired up.

Step 35: Rest & Sleep are the gift we are given daily to get our ego-minds out theway so we can realign with Source and Life Force can freely flow through us. Relaxation is like “neutral” in the gears of a car. When we relax, we allow energy in reverse polarity to come back into alignment. When things are going wrong, taking a deep breath and relaxing mentally and physically puts Spirit back in charge. Getting enough relaxation and sleep is extremely important in raising your frequency and keeping it high. It’s hard to feel positive when you’re tired and cranky! Make it your mission to get enough rest on a regular basis, and you’ll find that you are much better able to keep your emotions and thoughts in good order too.

Step 36: Write a letter to God, and channeling God’s totally loving answer in response. Journal your replies. Self-discovery is awesome!  It definitely raises your vibration.  When you know that you are the only one in the world who will read your journal then you feel safe to explore your own psyche.  I’ve learned a lot about myself through journaling and I really recommend it.  Once you get going you might even be able to channel messages from your higher self.

Step 37: Pray Hold a view of the world that is positive and project this out into the universe through daily prayer, or just clearly imagining the world as you would like it to be. Focus your attention on what you desire to experience in life. Invite the Divine energy to join you and be a part of your life.  Ask for guidance and wisdom in your life.  Pray for safety and well-being for yourself and your loved ones.  Bless the world.  Get involved in group prayer for even more effectiveness

Step 38: Honor your intuition as to what else you need to do. Your intuition is your God-Realized Self guiding you.
Raising your frequency is a matter of unblocking the flow of Life Force from Source (also known as Love), so that it flows freely through you without resistance from your ego.

Step 39: Frontal lobe stimulation withdraws energy from your reptilian brain (home of your ego’s greatest influence) and draws it into the part of your brain where your God Knowingness is available. You can stimulate your frontal lobes by focusing energy there. One easy way to do this is by visualizing your amygdala-two walnut-sized structures in the mid-brain at about eye level-and imagining Tinkerbell swooping in and tickling them with a feather.

Step 40: Look out for Synchronicities have increased in your experience and you view them as “cosmic winks” and signs that you are on the right track. You are more patient and compassionate and able to offer Love more consistently.You see more and more clearly that you are, indeed, the Creator of everything in your experience-and you embrace that with gusto! ~Instead of inconveniences, you are now more likely to see unplanned events as opportunities. Your choices in how you spend your time have changed and you no longer relate to some activities, companions, and entertainment choices you once enjoyed.

Step 41: Align with your Truth is sharpened, and you are more and more willing to let go of whatever-and whomever-is not in alignment. Things that were once problems have faded into the distance or disappeared altogether. Your ability to gauge the integrity of others is heightened, and you attract more and more people into your life who are committed to living in integrity.Your ego-need to control what happens is greatly diminished. You are frequently joyful for no apparent reason!

Step 42: Place your palms together and rub back and forth, seven rubs. Once you are used to what seven rubs feels like, speed up your rubbing so that one set of seven takes only a second or two. Pay attention to the sensations in other parts of your body while doing this! Do multiple sets of this whenever you feel the need to rev up your frequency. Seven sets of seven really works spectacularly!

Step 43: Infinity Bridge Close your eyes and imagine that there is an infinity symbol bridging your left and right brain hemispheres, with one loop on each side and the crossover point in the center where the corpus callosum would be. See the symbol lit up with energy, and see this energy using the symbol as a kind of track. Run the energy along the lines of the symbol rapidly, as many times as feels right to you. Your eyes will probably want to sweep along with the energy as it goes around and around. Remember to breathe!

Step 44: Take a social inventory.  I read in a book once that whichever 6 people you spend the most time with you are most likely to emulate.  So who are you hanging around with?  Who do you spend the most time with?  What are they like?  Are they honest, hard working, highly aware people who are peaceful, loving, kind and compassionate?  Or are they pessimistic, argumentative, greedy, selfish louts who lie, cheat, and steal their way through life?  If you’re around people who vibrate at a low-frequency, you’ll be hard pressed to keep your energy high.

Step 45 : Aromatherapy is a powerful, passive frequency-raiser that bypasses all ego resistance.The aromatic essences of plants were provided by the Creator for the purpose of assisting us in realigning with Source, thus balancing, healing and energizing us. Smelling a pure plant fragrance brings our energy into the frontal lobes of the brain to the pineal gland where our God Knowingness is accessible. Many fragrances such as frankincense, sandalwood, rose and balsam fir are particularly effective for stimulating the pineal gland and raising frequency. Essential oils must be therapeutic-grade for this use.

latest paintings 016Step 46: Toning is using your voice to raise and balance energy, something you do instinctively as a child. There are infinite ways to tone, but here is a technique to try: Start by sounding “oooooooooo” (rhymes with “glue”) at the lowest note your voice will go and raise the tone up smoothly over a period of a few seconds, from as low as you can easily go to the highest you can easily go, like a siren starting up, and hold the highest note as long as you can. Do not force the sound-let your voice gently wrap around the sound so as not to cause vocal strain. Repeat. Experiment with your voice and find your own favorite technique!

Step 47: Energy Medicine such as Reiki, chackra balancing, touch and ‘hands on healing’ are other powerful ways to raise vibration!
