1. Pray for Abundance and Prosperity

Dear God,
God of an infinite and abundant universe. I know affirm that there is plenty for all. Plenty for everyone to spare and to share and an infinity supply to support us in our lives and our sacred, divine live purpose. I now ask for your intervention, bringing sustenance and support to every person on this planet at this time. I ask you, God, to help our earth to be restored to the experience of your abundance of plenitude. Help those in need right now! Help me to know your presence through the extension of your love with supply and support and I ask that every man, woman and child will be given adequate safe and comfortable shelter, healthy, organic food to eat, medical supply, clean drinking water, clothing as needed relevant to their environment, and also that we have a sense of meaning and purpose in our lives, which is essentially, spiritual food for us all. 

Help us God, to know that you are watching over us and protecting us, and supplying our needs infinitely and abundantly. Help me to touch the experience of your presence with material support and supply that I need for daily sustenance and for my sacred and holy life purpose. Thank you God for opening your arms and helping me to open my arms to receive this beautiful bounty and supply & support that I know you give to me continuously in spite of any blockages in my thinking & feeling, which are keeping me from receiving your supply and support. Please help me to heal my mind and my feelings away from this fear, away from these blockades, and to freely and continuously be in touch with the abundant and divine flow of this beautiful, perfect universe that you’ve created. Help me to feel and know that continuous supply and that support. Help me to feel secure about my future and to know that you help me to ensure that my bills are paid, that all of my needs are met, and that, as I take guided action, I am in that flow with you. I am in harmony with your universe. Help me to receive miracles of abundance, notice the signs of your presence and support and bring to me that what I most urgently need right now.

I now give to you any fears about my supply, any worries I have about the lack of money in my life – I give them to you for transmutation, healing and upliftment.

Help me to raise my thoughts to the level of miracle making and miracle living. Help me to be a living example of your truth and your promises. Help me to be a teacher of God by walking my talk, by being centered in faith always and by being a living example of your prosperity and your generosity. Help me to have enough for the issues that are near and dear to my heart. Help me to purify my mind and my intentions, so that I am focused on divine and selfless service and focused more upon giving than upon receiving. As you ease my mind about my supply, I am more able to put my entire energy and entire motivation into serving through my God-given talents and passions. And helping your will for peace on earth, one person at the time – beginning with me – and with everyone else. May we all be at peace. May we all be filled with faith.  2. Tithing

is a powerful way to acknowledge your Source and remind you that your relationship with money is not just a material relationship, but also an energetic or spiritual one. A good rule of thumb is to give away 10% of your net income with love. When we tithe, we acknowledge and honor our financial partnership with God or our Inner Wisdom. According to the Old Testament, tithing was widely practiced in ancient times as a way to care for those in need. Tithing means “one-tenth,” and families would give away 10% of their earnings to be divided among the poor. It’s so powerful to give money freely, expecting nothing in return. We’re reminded we are co-creating our lives with the Divine, and our money is part of that co-creation. Our money flows to us from God, and so we allow it to flow back to God, in an endless circle. Our tithing encourages gratitude. It’s a great way to say thank you to the inspiration and abundance always available to us. We can’t stand in gratitude and lack at the same time, and of course we increase our prosperity by our internal expansion. While 10% is the traditional percentage for tithing, you can choose whatever works best for you.

4. Reconnect with the Spirit of Money

1. The most important thing about money that you need to understand is that it’s an energy being, it’s alive.
2. Think of it like an Elemental, a very powerful, very important Elemental. I would go on to say that it’s probably the most important Elemental in your life today. That’s because of the nature of the world we’re living in. Especially if you’re living in a Western country, where you need to have money to survive.
3. Money allows you to do the most basic things, such as drinking fresh water, having somewhere to live, having clothes on your body, being able to express yourself creatively. Eating every day. The most basic things in life come through with your exchange of money, therefore it is extremely important.
4. Another aspect of money I would like you to understand is that money is not evil. Some people will use money in a negative way, but money itself has nothing negative about it. Once you identify and you contact the energy of money, you’ll see it for yourself. There is absolutely nothing negative about money. It’s all-inclusive, it’s creative, it’s nurturing. It’s warm, it’s beautiful. And I want you to be able to experience this.
5. For this exercise you’re going to need some money to hold. Notes are better than coins but if you don’t have any at the moment, the coin will do. But next time, try to have a note, and the bigger the note the better.
6. Put the note between your two palms, resting gently in front of you. It’s going to look a little bit like you are praying, but your hands resting forward so that they are nice and comfortable.
7. It’s really important, while you are doing this exercise, that you do not ask for stuff! I have noticed that there is a tendency for somebody when they’re immediately contacting money or when they feel that they are starting to contact money, to start asking for stuff.  You know, ‘Oh, I want a new car, I want a new job, I want money for food, I want whatever’ – you know, it’s like, don’t do that.
8. Think of it like you are going to meet and make a new friend, and if you are going to make a new friend, you’re not going to start by asking them for stuff.
9. First get acquainted with the energy of money. And then we are going to allow it to express itself in our energy field. That’s all we are going to do right now.
10. So hold the money between your palms and clear your mind.
11. Next, we are going to feel the note. Just feel for it. Feel it between your palms. Allow it to be there.
12. Soon it’s going to start feeling warm. There is some lovely warmth coming out of it. That’s the first signature that you are going to identify about money. It’s warm.
13. Say ‘hi’ and tell it that you ALLOW IT TO EXPRESS ITSELF TO YOU.
14. And then just listen.
15. Quieten your mind and listen.
16. See if any images, any thoughts come to your mind and allow that to happen.
17. And if you are getting any sort of negative feedback from this exercise, that’s all you have to do – just thank the image, the feelings, blocks, and release them. They’re coming up now so that you can release them.
18. It took me a few weeks to work through several blocks, and eventually I was able to just sit there and allow money to express itself to me.
19. The next stage is to allow it into your energy field. Your energy field is your life, it’s you. It’s your body, it’s your thoughts, your emotions, your reality.
20. So once you have a good, positive feedback from money, and you are allowing it to express itself to you completely and utterly, I want you to ask it to come into your life. To come into your energy field.
21. And I can tell you it is going to be extremely happy to do so, because money likes nothing better than to be plentiful in your life. That’s the only way it can express itself – to be plentiful, to be in every aspect of your life.
22. So how this translates on a practical level, is basically, you let the note between your hands become warm.
23. You allow it to become warm, you allow it to become hot even. And you allow that warmth to grow, and to encompass you. To come into your life, and the flow of it, the love of it.
24. The signature is extremely similar to that of Mother Earth because they are one and the same. Welcome it, embrace it.
25. You can pause there, so that you can fully allow the experience to complete itself.
26. After you are done, say thank you to the Elemental of money for having expressed itself fully to you.
27. Open your eyes if they were closed, and put your money away.
28. Remember, you must do this exercise at least once a day.

 3. Mantras

are sounds that can help you manifest things you want in life. Certain sounds create different vibrations for attracting particular things, like OM BRZEE NAMAHA for the flow of money by the teacher Dattatreya Siva Baba. It is easy to do and very powerful! Writing or chanting mantras will bring results. You can do one or the other, or both if you’re dedicated. Make sure you chant/write 108x, or 1008x a day. Pick a number you can stick with consistently. If you can spend 2-3hrs a day to do 1008, then do it. Also, be sure to focus on only 1 or 2 mantras, unless you have a lot of free time. Now remember, if at first you can’t do 1008x, that doesn’t mean its bad. Quality counts, not quantity. Think about it, it is better to chant a mantra 108x loud and clear with peace of mind, letting the sound vibrate into your entire being, rather than to just quickly chant it just to get it over with. Same with writing. Better to write 108x neatly with full focus than to just scribble to finish it up. You know your situation better than I do, pick what works for you. Good luck.

One great way to increase your ability to manifest large amounts of money is to use the power of money visualization. First of all simply imagine that you are looking up at the big blue sky. However, one of the great challenges of the Polarity Integration Game is finding the value in the Dark.

The Dark is the schoolhouse, and the classes are the lessons we desire to learn in order to achieve a balance of both within ourselves. When the soul reaches true compassion, it feels acceptance for both sides, judging neither as inherently good or bad. Achieving compassion or integration means that a soul sees the value in both the Light and the Dark, and chooses to have both in balanced portions, as part of itself.Each soul in this universe is playing the Polarity Integration Game in order to achieve spiritual evolution and eventual reunion with Divine Creator, the Source, All that Is.

The other great challenge is our belief that we want to stay in the Light.

The Light is like a vacation spot on a tropical island. It is a getaway from the stress and strain of spiritual growth. We were never meant to stay there because staying in the Light would be polarizing to that extreme. Polarizing to either the Light or Dark stagnates spiritual growth. It also eliminates the ability to procreate since the physical form is then partially emotionally shut down. It takes a balance of both polar opposites to be able to procreate without a problem. In order to achieve our goal, we all play roles that are Dark and roles that are Light. Otherwise, we could not integrate because we would not have the experience of these opposites. We achieve our spiritual evolution by incarnating on different planetary schools. Planetary schools have varying degrees of free will and, thus, provide different levels of empowerment. Earth is a planetary school with total free will, thus enabling souls incarnating here to experience the full extent of their creations and choices. The true history of the universe

.
All planets are formed through the ejection of molten materials from a star, like our planet was from the sun. are hollow. The reason being , as the molten material is flung from the sun it starts spinning in space, it starts to cool. As its cooling and spinning it forms into a globular shape and the outside starts to harden. But as above so below. Inside the molten material is also spinning, and as it spins centrifugal force forces it to the sides and gets pushed out at the sides, that appear to be the poles. And so then the inside becomes cool as the molten material exists and then the inside layer starts to harden and cool. So what in fact you have is a globe with 2 openings and the inside portion has what it’s left of the molten material through gravitation suspended in the centre of the globe and in between the inner and outer crusts is the molten material that is trapped between the 2 hardened layers. On both sides cracks form as they shift and that’s when you have fault lines and volcanoes formed that push out the molten material. There are caves or tunnel systems that have formed naturally, and some not so naturally that connect the 2 sides together. The opening at the north pole is about 13000 miles wide and the opening at the south pole is 950 miles wide, except this is covered under ice and snow. How to raise your vibration & lift your spirit? Process your fear!

Empowerment means to be able to choose what type of life you want to have.

If you are reading this, the chances are you are either a lightworker, light warrior, or an ascension worker.  In which case, it is very likely you have had one or more instance of “psychic attack”.  Now, before we continue, lets look at what a “psychic attack” is. Basically, if you believe that we can send someone healing and love energy, and that the energy we send affects that person positively, then you have a basic understanding of what a “psychic attack” is.  It is the opposite. It is the sending someone negative energy.  It is also the sucking away of positive energy from someone.   Also, these attacks do not necessarily involve “magic” or “esoteric” methods.  If you are physically attacked, robbed, or in any way violated, this will bring into your physical, spiritual, mental and emotional bodies, some sticky negative and debilitating energy.  So, what can you do with it? Allocating blame, whether to another person or ourselves, is not going to fix it.  Thinking we “attracted it somehow” is not going to fix it.  And this is why.  You are at the front line of a huge battle. Does a soldier attract the bullet that kills him? Of course not, but he did place himself in the line of fire. And so have you.  By taking a stand to support the light in this planet, we place ourselves in the line of fire. Did we attract it, in a way, yes. Was it our fault? In a way yes. No one forced us to get to the front lines. No one said, “hey, you go into that planet that is being invaded by darkness and stay there for as long as you can.”  It was a voluntary choice. Some people say that the only way to ascend and grow is to suffer. That might be true to them, but it is not true for a lightworker.  The only thing it does to a lightworker is put out that light which the lightworker came here to bring and use. So, as a lightworker, light warrior, or ascension worker, what can you do?  Process the negativity.  And process some more, then some more.  And you continue processing until IT IS ALL GONE.  The fastest and most effective process I have found is the following:  You scan all of your different bodies for the negative energy, for example, “I feel violated”, you find it, maybe in your physical body somewhere, or your aura, or your mind as nasty thoughts.  And then you say, “[description of what you found] you are welcome here.” For example, “tight knot in my tummy, you are welcome here”

“Fear in my shoulder, you are welcome here”.

Then you allow it to be there.  You allow it to grow, expand and express to you.  You welcome everything it does, any thoughts that come up and you continue focusing on it.  It might move to another location, it might bring you memories or thoughts, in which case you say, “memory, you are welcome here”, “thought, you are welcome here”. Then you embrace it with love. You can change it to process any negative energy. Rinse and repeat. We don’t analyze, try to understand, find the culprit, allocate blame, plan for the future, try to hold the memory, or anything else but processing the negativity.  Why?  BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE MUCH TIME. The moment when the Earth and this human collective locks into a new paradigm is close at hand, and we have to remove as much negativity from this planet before that happens as we can. The more negativity we, individually, process, the brighter each and every one of us will become, and the more effective in bringing those positive energies (chi) we will become. After all, there is no one out there who has not had major “damage” done by living in this planet the past few thousands years.  We all have our “sad stories” to tell. But it is time to release them. Basically, it does not matter what was done to us. Or what is being done to us. It is irrelevant. We need to put a stop to it, that is all.  And we begin by putting a stop to it in our selves.

What does it mean to be ‘a good man’ in the 21st Century?

Times are changing and today’s quality of life is a completely different one to 20-30 years ago. Anything that isn’t coherent anymore; i.e. energy systems which aren’t in the flow & are blocked, or lives that aren’t based on genuine heart centred authenticity will present themselves much stronger than before, as they aren’t durable anymore.

Our current time is essentially marked by the rising of earth and sun energy frequencies- which resonate exponentially high right now! For that reason, the systems of body, psyche, man-woman relationship and work organisation will be deeply affected by it. He who doesn’t love his job, partner and body – runs the risk of losing it.  It is very clear that most men today are deeply confused. They don’t know how to be, they’ve lost the rule book, they don’t know what’s expected of them, they don’t know what it is to be truly masculine, because they are confused by Hollywood movies, archetypes and comic strips. They don’t know what is right anymore… So a lot of men go around with as much of an act put on as possible, to keep themselves together from day to day. And if you strip all that away, they are really hoping to encounter some woman, who will be able to help them with this.

If we look at the past of any man, that played out in his childhood and youth, we can find the fundamental causes of why the 40year old, the 60year old, or also the 25year old man today, finds himself in a crises. The situation in his youth was marked by two basic factors. Firstly, an extreme dependency on his mother. The mothers – usually out of their own unhappy existence – take hold of the children, especially the sons! That means, a son today is 90% ‘together’ with his mother and only to a very small percentage with the father. That causes an extreme entanglement of today’s men with their mothers, which doesn’t stop in due time, but instead continues. The man is normally not aware of such an involvement, yet it extremely affects not only his relationship with women, but also his whole being as a man. The second condition is that he didn’t have a father, or an absent father, or a weak father. From this his learned – teamed up one-on-one with his mother – to judge and blame his father as loser, failure, not good enough, not loving enough, not nice enough. Yet many fathers behaved exactly like this. Either they were not present, or they were aggressive, in a bad temper, or dominating, powerful, violent…and our little boy didn’t want to be such a man! However he didn’t get any information about how to be ‘a real good man’. The only thing he could do was to look up to his mother, trying to fulfil her expectations and wishes. That again causes him today to repeat his own mother experiences with his current female partner. But now it becomes neccessary for him to release himself from this through his conscious decision to entangle his past systematically, firstly of his bond with his mother, and secondly the entanglement from the blame to his absent, condemned father, whom he may now put behind himself and who will then bless him. Meaning the father has to communicate to him that he, the son, is loved and that he is proud of him. And because this is done via spiritual counselling and facilitated via meditation, it is possible to do with the worst father in the world. In these imaginary conversations it is very important for the man to recognize that he is still a little, lonely, hurt, sad, or angry boy within. Exactly that boy that he had to leave when it was expected of him to grow up and become an adult. Yet with these simple meditations, it become possible for anyman to free himself from those old, past limitations.

Modern man finds himself in various dead ends….
Firstly in a dead end with his body. Most male bodies are more than damaged. You can read that in many publications; the body of men suffers from endless symptoms – not only the heart, which is the most common. Also his back, joints, liver, spleen, tinnitus. Men kill themselves up to 8 times more often than women and emergency rooms are occupied up to 2/3 only with men.
Secondly Burn out and depression are also extremely common amongst men, that means it usually starts on the psychic level, then continues into the physical level, resulting that men are in a psychic-emotional crisis because he has learned  to suppress his emotions since he was a little boy. These emotions however can’t be suppressed after 20, or 30 years. An emotion is an energy that desires to flow! But he has learned that he is not ‘manly’ if he shows and expresses feelings like fear, anger, grief, because of a likely rejection. The message he got was: Don’t show emotions if you want to be ‘real boy/man’.
The next crisis happens in his work environment, because he had learned to perform: You have to get to the top – do things! and with that he put himself under a lot of pressure. In the end, although he works very hard, performs above standard, has accumulated a lot of money and even owns his little house, he realizes today: “I am not happy.”
The fourth crisis happens in his relationships to women, because here he doesn’t get what maybe the last generation of fathers got, i.e.: respect and acknowledgement, since women meanwhile went their own way. The old role model of being the provider and protector of the family has long drifted away. That means he can’t pride himself on that any more. Thus he has to find a new role for himself….

The crisis of men can conclusively be described as often living an extremely inadequate & unfulfilled life at work, in his relationships, as well as in sexually. He feels overwhelmed by this pressure to perform and frustrated upon the realization that even if he tries his very best, he remains deeply unhappy. Thus he finds himself at the deep end, but which is now confronting him as it becomes apparent and from which he urgently wants to escape.

Conclusively:
Any man who doesn’t know what an happy, authentic man is, neglects his body with the result that eventually, he has to suffer in from his pain and dis-ease. The body that isn’t loved, respected and treated well by his owner has to fall ill. The relationship that isn’t based on love has to break down in time. Although it was possible in the past to have relationships without love, when they were arranged, done out of routine, boredom, or based on expectations, etc., this is no longer possible.  He who doesn’t love his job, partner and body – runs the risk of losing it.
